Installation Instructions

  1. Click below to begin download.

    Save then Run the Installation. Or click below for thorough, detailed instructions.
  2. Click Save.  Save to the Downloads or other folder on your hard drive where you can easily find the dhdemo32.exe file.
  3. Click the file dhdemo32.exe file and select Run.
  4. The program may sit seemingly idle for a moment, even displaying "Not Responding." Please be patient as it checks for past DEMO and French Creek installations. Let it complete the search, it will finish shortly.Please be patient.
  5. Once it's completed the search, a Welcome box will open, click next.Welcome
  6. Follow the standard installation instructions.
  7. Go to Start > Programs > French Creek > then Click dhwin or DownHole SAT from the programs displayed.
  8. The program will display a license, Click OK.
  9. It will then display a 26 Character SYSTEM ID.
    CClick Copy ID (or highlight the top line and right click > Copy)
    SYSTEM ID.
  10. Enter your information and Paste your System ID into the form below.
